It’s a weird-looking equipment that seems to have been invented by someone from outer space, but the Bosu Pro Balance Trainer New & Improved is the exercise gadget that is getting many a health-buff all excited with delight.

So what makes the Bosu pro balance trainer better than other exercise equipment in the market?
First of all, it’s very low impact. The ball, where you will be doing your exercises, cushions your feet, thereby protecting your knees and joints. And this for me, is the most important thing. I happen to have very sensitive knees if you can call it that, and exercises, usually leave me in pain, the Bosu, however, doesn’t.
Secondly, for its size, it is a complete workout facility. You can do everything and anything on a Bosu balance trainer (Ok, within limits). But here’s a gadget where you can do cardio exercises, core workouts and even yoga. And while doing this, you can be sure that the Bosu ball is there to protect all your limbs and joints and what else have you.
A Few Things You Need To Know
If you’re a beginner to using the Bosu Ball Balance trainer, make sure that when you buy it, it comes with the workout DVD and the owner’s manual.
You’ll notice that some of the workouts on the DVD can be a little bit tricky to do at first. So you can make it a bit easier if you want to.
In the coming days, I’m going to make another hub on a few basic bosu exercise videos so do watch out for that.
How Do You Bosu?
Ok. Don’t be intimated by the Bosu fanatics on this video. Pretty cool though, don’t you think?
