Don’t you sometimes feel overwhelmed of the many things you have to know just to get fit?

Every day, there seems to be a new superfood that you MUST eat or a new fitness routine that YOU HAVE GOT to get into.

Often, it gets so complicated that we don’t do anything about our health!

I know I’ve been there.

I stopped eating healthy or exercising… because it’s so much easier not to do anything. Right?

Believe you me, I’ve been carrying my baby weight for 10 years!

And it turns out that 10 years of extra weight and living unhealthily is not very good for you. Ha!

So anyway, at the start of this year, I started doing the 5-2 fast diet and so far, I’ve lost 20 pounds.

And my goodness! I’ve just realized how much that 20 pounds has hampered my health.

Because now,  I have a lot more energy, I didn’t have any arthritis problems in the height of the winter season, and now that it’s spring, I’ve only taken my hay fever medicine twice (I used to suffer a lot and had a pill every day for 3-6 months!).

Look, I’m not a doctor.

But just eating healthily, losing a little weight and exercising regularly has greatly changed my life.

So on this site, I would like to share with you some of the things that worked for me.

And I hope they will work for you too!
